REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We do, take full responsibility for any errors in fulfilment (ie. incorrect size, item, quantity, or style). Please contact email@example.com for immediate assistance quoting your order number or in the case of the Monthly Underwear Club. If you decide the underwear is not for you we ask that you contact us within 10 days of delivery receipt in order to assure a timely resolution. Please ensure items have not been worn and that the tags cut. Notification received after 45 days of the delivery distribution will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
We ship worldwide to most destinations. All items are shipped in discreet packaging.
Delivery is usually 2-3 weeks anywhere in the world.
Once shipped, orders are approximately delivered as follows:
- 10-20 Days within Australia
- New Zealand: 10-20 days
- UK, USA, Europe: 10-30 days
- Canada: 10-30 days (Can vary due to custom controls)
- South America: 20-30 days (dependant on customs and country)
- India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Phillipines 20-30 days
- South Africa, Africa: 20-30 days
- Russia: 15-35 days
If you have not received a delivery within the above time frames

Notifications of missing orders received after 45 days from shipping will be replaced at our discretion.
